SpecialtiesCreole & Sliders has its roots in three generations of Creole cooking. We hope that you can taste and enjoy the rich complex flavors and sauces that Creole food is made of and enjoy the southern hospitality that comes with every visit.HistoryEstablished in 2025.Owners Frank (former Ute) and Jovanna Henry are eager to bring the magic of their food to South Salt Lake by opening a small café. Creole & Sliders Café will feature recipes from 3 generations of Jovanna’s family beginning with her grandmother Jessie Fleming, mother Genevieve Smallwood and Jovanna. The cafe will feature Creole dishes like Gumbo, Jambalaya, Shrimp Po'boys, Red Beans & Rice, Peach Cobbler and Pecan Pie to Utah. Everyone will enjoy the southern hospitality and attention found in a casual and comfortable atmosphere.
